THESE TERMS

By placing an order on calixsw.com you agree to these terms, along with our
Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

ORDERS

Adding an item to your basket and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed
contract. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we
can't fulfil an order - because an item has sold out, or a price or
description was wrong - we'll tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel or limit an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, reseller
activity, or a breach of these terms.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Calix is not currently VAT registered,
so no VAT is charged on your order.

Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is
taken at checkout and handled by Shopify Payments - we never see or store
your full card details.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we spot an error
before dispatch, we'll contact you and you can either confirm at the
corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

PRODUCTS

Our bands are 100% terry cotton and reversible. We photograph them as
accurately as we can, but screens vary and there may be a slight difference
between the colour you see and the band you receive. Being a natural fibre,
there may also be minor variation between individual bands.

Stock figures shown on the site are live at the time of loading but can
change while you're browsing.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with it,
and don't copy our photography, logo or written content for your own
commercial use.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us
breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible
for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

None of this limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to
limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in
these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall
to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can
also bring proceedings in your own country.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one
published when you placed it.
