Shipping policy

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Working days are Monday to
Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You'll get a confirmation email when your
order is on its way.

United Kingdom - Standard            GBP 2.99    2-4 working days
United Kingdom - Standard over GBP 50   Free     2-4 working days
United Kingdom - Express             GBP 6.99    1-2 working days
European Union - Standard intl.      GBP 14.99   5-10 working days
Rest of world  - Standard intl.      GBP 23.99   7-21 working days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. They can run
longer around Christmas and during postal strikes.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the UK, the EU, and a range of countries including the US, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia,
Israel, Norway, Switzerland and the UAE. The checkout will tell you if we
can't reach your address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are
your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. These are
set by the destination country and we have no way to calculate or control
them. If a parcel is refused or returned because those charges weren't paid,
we can refund the goods but not the original postage.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimates above, email
calixsw@outlook.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier. We
can't treat a UK parcel as lost until 10 working days after dispatch, or an
international one until 25 working days - those are the windows the carriers
work to.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us
because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the goods but not
the postage, and a re-send is charged at the normal rate.
